Dear P.S. 175 Parents and Guardians,

We hope that this letter finds you well. As you may know, November 4 is Election Day and is a big fundraising event for our school, as P.S. 175 is a voting location for our community. We would like to invite you to participate in helping make our Election Day Fundraiser as successful as it has always been. On Election Day, as people enter to vote in our school, the PTA hosts a raffle with various prizes. We will be selling raffle tickets to win these prizes inside the cafeteria, as well as have refreshments such as hot dogs, bagels, muffins, cookies, pastries, and coffee for sale.

We are asking parents, store owners, and community members for donations of new gifts that we would be able to include on our raffle tables as prizes to help make our fundraiser successful. Some gift ideas may include pocketbooks, electronics, kitchen appliances, gift cards, scratch-off tickets, sports gear, gaming devices, gift baskets with a theme of your choice, or any new item you have in your house that you received as a gift and do not plan on using. If you are not able to donate a gift, we will also be accepting cash donations, which we will use to purchase gifts for the raffle, or you can donate through the form below. All gifts and donations can be sent directly to the school. Since Election Day is right around the corner, please send in all donations as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate every one of you and all that you do to make our fundraisers successful! This allows us to fund so many amazing events and activities at the school for our children! We look forward to seeing all of you on Election Day!
